SHIPPING

Free Shipping in Greece on all orders

Υou will receive your order anywhere from 1-2 business days from the date that it is shipped out. After your payment is authorised and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you that your order has been shipped. 

We ship all items with Courier Geniki Taxudromiki.

 

Cyprus Shipping

2-4 days delivery Express Shipping

Up to 2KG - €15 (plus €5 for every extra kilo)

  

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. All items are shipped through Hellenic Post (ELTA). International Standard Shipping is €22. Estimated delivery time for European countries is 4-12 working days, all other countries 1-4 weeks.

Taxes & Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.  It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. There are NO extra costs on orders delivered in Greece. Products are shipped locally.  There are also NO extra costs on orders shipped within Europe.

Return Policy

Shop worry-free with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not absolutely thrilled with your recent purchase, we make it very easy to send it back for a refund or store credit.

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Merchandise must be unused and unwashed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.

 

Greece Free Returns

Returns for store credit, as well as returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will be processed free of charge. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

1. Email us your order number and indicate the reason for your return at hello@margolia.com.
2. Choose a return for store credit or for a refund. Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, as well as returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. We will contact you to confirm your order return
4. Ship the item(s) on to the following address: Poluviou 7, Serres, Greece, 62100, MARGOLIA LTD, Elisavet Kartitsi. Please select the most cost effective shipping method available.
5. Once we receive the returned order we will issue your refund or store credit

 

International Returns

You must return your items within 30 days from the day you received your package.  You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

 

Refunds and Processing

• Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will cover the cost of the return shipping and ship the exchange free of charge.

 

Store Credit

• Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.margolia.com.
• Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
• Please treat Store Credit like cash.
• Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected “Store Credit” as the refund method.
• Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
• Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
• Store credit never expires.
• Store credit is provided in Euros.
